High ropes program is made to promote effective communication and cooperation between participants as well as meet with individual and group challanges. During this program participants will get to know each other better, realise what does team work, good planning , support and trust mean.
There are two types of rope tasks – low ropes and high ropes. Cooperation, communication, decision making, challange by choice, leadership, trust, responsibility are processe which are involved in rope program.
This program is good for team who already work together or are at their starting point. It will create great adventure and team spirit that can inspire for future work together!
It is also important to mention that safety is in first place in high rope programs. Equipment which is used in program is certificated. Program will be leaded by two instructors / trainers with at least 7 years experience in team development trainings and adventure programs.
